Under the patronage of Mr. Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawi - President of the University and Mr. Professor Dr. Ahmed Abd El-Mawly - Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Mrs. Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahky - Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Dr. Saad Hassan Mohy El-Din - Lecturer in the Department of Educational Technology, along with the assistants of the faculty members in the Department of Educational Technology, and the art critic Dr. Emad Yosri - Supervisor of the Media Egypt Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and Director of the Young Film Makers Competition, emphasized during the meeting that this competition is an opportunity for students to showcase their talents and turn their ideas into feasible projects. The competition is divided into two main pathways that allow students to express their ideas and talents, namely: Short Film Production, which includes documentaries, short narrative films, animation films, and Digital Media, which includes digital journalism (such as journalistic websites and digital magazines), digital advertising (Reels), talk shows, and integrated marketing campaigns, with the aim of enabling participants to present creative content that reflects their abilities in their fields.

Professor Dr. Jamal Badr - Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahky - Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Professor Dr. Nariman Ishaq - Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Hala Salah - Head of the Department of Art Education, inaugurated an exhibition titled "Faces" for Dr. Wisam Mustafa Muhammad - Lecturer of Textile Printing in the Department of Art Education on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 12 PM in the main exhibition hall of the faculty. The event was attended by Professor Dr. Wajdi Rifaat Farid, former Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nariman Said Ishaq, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Basit, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Dr. Hala Salah El-Din Abdel-Sattar, Head of the Department of Art Education, along with many faculty members and their assistants in the Department of Art Education. Congratulations to Dr. Wisam Mustafa Muhammad, with our best wishes for her continued success.

Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education in Assiut, participated with Professor Dr. Mostafa Kamal - President of Badr University, Professor Dr. Essam Zanaty - Vice President of the University for Educational and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Salwa Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, and Mr. Yassin Khalaf Mahmoud, responsible for the artistic activity at the university, in the opening of the art exhibition for Badr University students under the title (Creativity in a Changing Time). Professor Dr. Wajdi Rifaat Farid, former Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Baset, Deputy Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Mr. Ahmed Farag, Secretary of the Faculty, also participated in the opening. The Dean of the faculty expressed her heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the warm reception and praised the artworks displayed at the exhibition. She expressed her happiness with the visit to Badr University and mentioned that the upcoming period will witness cooperation between the Faculty of Specific Education and Badr University in various distinctive activities and events.

Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahki, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education in Assiut, extends her heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Soumia Mahmoud Hassan Mohammed, Director of the Dean's Office, for successfully completing the training program in governance and anti-corruption for the staff at Assiut University, held at the National Academy for Combating Corruption at the Administrative Control Authority. Under the auspices of Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Manshawi, President of Assiut University, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mowly, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahky, Dean of the College, the Dean of the College inspected the practical exams for the second semester of the academic year 2024/2025 in all scientific departments. She emphasized the necessity of providing all available resources to our students to facilitate the practical exams, which have proceeded smoothly since the first day without any obstacles. She also ensured the provision of a suitable environment for students in terms of prior preparations to equip the halls, workshops, and laboratories to prepare them in an ideal manner for the practical exams. The Dean expressed her sincere gratitude to the department heads, faculty members, and their assistants, as well as the Director of Student Affairs and all administrative staff for their efforts during the exam period.
